I've been in Automotive collision repair restoration energous tree for over 20 years I done everything from restoring restoration work high production collision repair high end sports car refinishing and also custom paint work and was doing all that I picked up a few things on the way leg also being be able to do body where it's necessary. I try to do my best to keep up with my certifications weather if the employer once somebody with certifications or not I still keep up with getting my recertifications just to keep up with anything that's new that's going on because everyone knows things keep on changing and they keep adding more technology to cars just as everything else that goes with the car or on the car including the paint I've been working PPG high performance Environmental water base for a very long time I also taking classes time management and production and then not just to help me but also help the company that I work for to be more efficient and more valuable asset and I work under people I worked alone and I also work with people under me I learn fast I'm also a good teacher for some of newer generation that may be lacking some experience and of course allow that comes with time trial and error nice to have some kind of mentor . I try to do my best everyday lead by example and always to take pride in my work
