Worked my way up from merchandise manager, operations manager to general manager. Promoted as GM to oversee stores 5374 operations. implemented new and proven merchandising and customer service plans, increased comp sales from a negative comp to a positive comp in 60 days. redirected all efforts in rebuilding our customer service expierence and began a traning plan to develop future store operators, such as visual coordinators, merchandise managers and operations managers.
