I was known as the “Wedding Specials” because I was able to achieve the utmost results for my client by training based on the dress they were wearing. Manager on Duty Acting General Manager. At many times there was no general manager for long periods of time. As Acting GM I managed the sales staff, House Keeping and front desk. I sent in all daily reports to the district manager and attended all Gm meetings and conference calls. As acting GM I achieved a “Trifecta” 3 months consecutive. Trifecta is all targets achieved which is Membership, PT sales and Revenue. In addition to staying below cancelations for Membership. During my time at CITY HALL I won top manager for both sales and revenue 9 months straight. I achieved %110-%120 to budget every month. At East 23rd and Park I achieved the highest client penetration ratio by driving small group training Brooklyn Belt was my crowning achievement. The club was rated 146 out of 148 clubs. By redesigning the entire club and hiring a new staff the club was rated #1 after 6 months and was hitting %120 to goal every month. The club held top 5 in the region for the rest of my time as manager.
