My primary role is managing the day-to-day operations of our Dublin based office.This involves direct coaching and communication with the onsite team through the direction and delegation of responsibilities. I monitor the supervision of our 10'000 square feet of showrooms and 30'000 square feet of warehousing.I also manage sales relationships with clients and overlook the pricing of various projects as well as liaising with the sales team to process orders through SAP.

Generating new business contacts while developing and strengthening existing business relationships.Working closely with clients to make sure expectations and targets are met, on time and within agreed budgets.

Generation and development of sales leads in the Irish and US markets.Traveling to Boston, Chicago and New York several times a year building solid working relationships with clients such as Childrens Teleivision Workshop, Rigby Publishing, Houghton Mifflin and Scholastic. Securing contracts, taking briefs and translating same to customer service and production teams back in Dublin.
