Oversees a cross-functional team of staff from IT, Marketing, Enrollment Management, and over a dozen other areas • Facilitating relationships across portfolios and with university leadership, a long-term web strategy was developed to lower web related costs and streamline user experience as well as introducing governance to leverage a consistent, central content strategy and tech platform to optimize accuracy of information and SEO• Grew our university portal into an enterprise-wide intranet, used by all factions to communicate customized and personalized information and calls-to-action based on the role of the user, and where they stand in completing a process. • Providing vision and strategy to my teams to begin a digital transformation journey to improve the internal user experience for all stakeholders, including applicants, students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
