Lead a multi-disciplinary team charged with developing, assessing, validating, and prioritizing requirements through the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System for current and future heavy ground combat vehicles to include the Abrams Tank, the Bradley Fighting Vehicle, the Stryker Armored Combat Vehicle and the Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle. Coordinated with acquisition agencies and Project Managers for program cost and schedule and with Research, Development, and Engineering Command for validation of technologies that have potential capabilities in heavy systems. As a requirements manager, developed a common understanding of the Warfighter requirements to scientists, engineers and project managers with different points of view, priorities, and patterns of communication. Represented the Warfighter in the requirements process, the acquisition community and in resource allocation process. Developed professional relationships with other US Military Services, Government Agencies, Industry the Academic Community and with Foreign Militaries to identify technologies to fill capability gaps in the heavy force.

Served as the Army Operations Officer and Joint Operations Director for the Chief, United States Military Training Mission (USMTM) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Responsible for developing programs, policies, plans, and measures designed to deter, detect, and defeat terrorist attacks against U.S. interests. Responsible for contingency and full spectrum operations planning for US joint and combined military operations. Responsible for the training and safety of over 200 Soldiers, Marines, Airmen, Sailors and civilians residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Planned the security and base defense of a major US Compound and six separate detachments located throughout Saudi Arabia. Supervised three officers and three NCOs.

Responsible for monitoring associated costs, schedule, performance, and integration of current and future platform changes with the Program Executive Officers for Ground Combat Systems and Medium and Large Caliber Ammunition. Responsible for staff actions involving ammunition, training, lethality, survivability, mobility, and modernization requirements associated with the Abrams Tank. Stability Transition Team Chief deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom VII and Operation New Dawn. Responsible for relationship building and to advise and assist the Chiefs of Police and the subordinate law enforcement units for the Provinces of Diwaniyah and Najaf, Iraq. Utilized the by, with and through operational concept to assist the Iraqi Police in achieving personal primacy to become effective stand alone organizations that successfully secure the provinces for the local populations. Coordinated and facilitated training and operations between the US Army operating in Diwaniyah and Najaf, US Police Advisors, US Law Enforcement Professionals, the Iraqi Police and local Iraqi Investigative Judges.
