As a freelance tour manager I have been able to tour with some of Australia’s most elite musicians andcomedians, touring locally and internationally for Client Liaison on various tours and shows as well as Alice Ivy’s tour manager for the past 4 years for her ‘Don’t Sleep’ album tour andhaving toured for Sammy J for his Hero Complex both traveling around all corners of Australia. Otherresponsibilities include:• Organise all flights and logistics for personnel and equipment including local transfers andaccommodation.• Liaise with local and on ground production staff to ensure all production requirements and elementsare supplied by the venue/ event.• Manage any travel delays and fix any logistical issues which arise while on tour.• Make up technical specifications to send to venues and events touring the show.

As a Freelance events and production manager I have been able to work on some of Australia’s largestmusic festivals and events. Site managing events like Unified Music Festival, Land of Plenty andQueenscliff Music Festival. My roles required me to organize, plan and build all elements of the eventfrom Place of Public Entertainment (Pope) permits, staging, lighting and production as well siteamenities, catering and service staff across the sites. Other responsibilities include:• Design the layout of event sites, including all safety, productions and POPE permit requirements.• Liaise with production companies to quote and design stage and production layouts that are built forpurpose for specific events.• Manage the site for build and pack down of each event being the main point of contact for allcontractors and suppliers on site.
