I have worked in the Culinary field for over 25 years in all area's of the kitchen. Over the course of my working experience, I have traveled to locations within the companies I have worked for that did not have an Executive Chef to support the existing team including the General Manager, Restaurant managers and all Team Members in getting systems back in place, food and labor costs under control and that the company standards are all in place. For Yard House I supported Houston, TX - Fresno, CA- Seattle, WA (3 months)- and Portland, OR (twice for 3 months total). Two of the Sous Chefs I worked with are now in Executive and Senior Executive positions. For Eureka! I supported Irvine, CA, San Diego, CA and Santa Barbara, CA. My main goal is to work and grow within a profitable company that strives to exceed guest expectations and foster a positive work environment while creating consistently great food.
