-Destiny 2 Database REST-API Created a REST API using NodeJs, Typescript, and NestJS that simulates processing requests for items from the game Destiny 2. -Served as PSP1's Post-SLAM DEA SME. Lead a team of 10-12 Area Managers on best practices to reduce DEA misses and improve Ship Dock Quality, serve as the Primary POC for the APEX team on all sort launches, and provide all allocation plans for workflow-Created a new CPT structure for 18 customer shipment lanes as the building converted from 22.5 hours of operation to 17.5 hours of operation-As Post SLAM DEA SME, saw a 46% improvement in PSP1’s Post-SLAM DEA performance by implementing standard work processes to monitor all customer shipment lanes, reduce DEA misses in real time, and provide escalations for packages at risk of missing customer expectation

-Oversaw Water Spider Standard Work, Recirc, and Sort launches during PSP1’s launch phase when site performed as the #2 ranked building in the So Cal Region for Rolled Freight and Post SLAM DEA -Managed up to 35 associates while maintaining connection scores 15% better than site average for Safety and 7% better than site average for leadership
