About Anthony Luongo
I have 30 years of experience in the field of construction between New England and Arizona as well as projects in Los Angeles and Seattle. During this time I have managed a over a million square feet worth of various commercial construction projects. I have experience working in a multitude of industries ranging from pharmaceutical facilities, retail office renovations, hospitality, healthcare facilities, large scale residential, and banks. I have held a variety of roles from senior project manager and business development, to owner’s representative, and also as a CM in a design firm. This experience has allowed me to have an in-depth understanding of the role each team member plays in the successful completion of a project. I excel at developing and maintaining relations with clients, architects, and subcontractors alike. I believe that client satisfaction and teamwork go hand in hand and I constantly strive for continued excellence in those areas for me and for my team.
