Since moving to the UK in 1998 I have worked in a wide range of positions and environments across the London hospitality industry, from large-scale catering events to fine dining establishments. Over the last decade, I have managed some of London’s most well respected restaurants, where exceptionally high standards of service must be maintained. I am a natural leader and possess strong management skills, with the ability to think clearly and logically under pressure. A hands-on approach, a life-long passion for hospitality, and leading by example are the cornerstones of my management style. My track record is results-driven, showing the ability to establish and develop strong customer relationships, whilst building enthusiastic and motivated teams who deliver consistently. I have an astute understanding of financials including P&L, forecasting and setting budgets. But most importantly I love working with people and I love what I do.

We are an independent, family run, neighbourhood restaurant located in the community of Crouch End, North London. We are passionate about sustainably sourced seafood and our aim is to deliver the highest quality food and service in a relaxed, welcoming yet vibrant environment.Our 62-cover restaurant keeps thing unfussy yet classily comfortable, with muted green banquettes, wooden floors and a white marble bar.
