I was a site Supervisor for a kitchen and wardrobe installation company on a multi million pound 5 blocks new build Berkley homes development in White City my main roles was to Oversee and supervise all fitters on site and manage and co ordinate labourer working under our company. I would also coordinate sub contractors fitting stone and marble splash back and worktops in our kitchens. I would also QA and snag kitchen and wardrobe installs with field view app on my own two blocks that I was running and then hand over each finished product to the client/ principle contractors at Berkley once First fix and Second Fix and snagging was completed. I would also manage and coordinate site deliveries with main logistics company on site through daily briefings and meetings and work deliveries around booking in schedules for using cranes and hoists on project.

I was the Assistant Site Manager for a Principle Contractor on a £3.5 million new build care home on site from Pre construction of job when ground investigation took place and archeological dig right through to helping manage and oversee pilers install ring beam i am familiar with Reinforced concrete works i have also overseen and managed ground workers package when coming out the ground fitting attenuation tank and headings connections and install block and beam then proceeded to assist Site Manager throughout superstructure of new build and install of pre cast concrete slab floors right through to overseeing all internal first fix and second fix M&E works and first and second fix Joinery works I have also managed external works such has co ordination of mains in to new build with UKPN and Thames Water on site and formulated QA documentation of project and oversee any snagging for every Trade on site.
