As the Head of Best Practice at Invest Blue, I collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure consistent processes and enhance our capabilities, supporting our mission to become Australia's trusted home of great advice.Twenty years ago, I pursued my passion for finance and helping people by becoming a Financial Planner. In 2005, I was fortunate to join Invest Blue and played a key role in setting up the Brisbane office. In 2006, I earned my certification as a Certified Financial Planner®.Throughout my time at Invest Blue, I have held multiple leadership positions. In these roles, I have successfully motivated and guided teams to empower individuals to realise their dreams and goals so that they can achieve their best possible life.I hold an Bachelor of Business, Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking. I am a Justice of the Peace Commissioned for Declarations and I am a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia.
