Provide excellent customer service by delivering Barnes and Noble's "Four Core Service Principles:" Put the book in the customer's hand, offer to order books not currently in stock, inform customers of the Member program, and always deliver in fast cashiering.

Responsibilities included (but were not limited to): assisting with checking in audience members, assisting with administering tests to audience members interested in potentially becoming contestants for a future broadcast, and assisting in various office matters; in particular, I collected ticket requests and assisted in promoting the show through Social Media and paper flyers.

-Operated audio board during live broadcasts of Souvenir D'Italia, a two-hour program dedicated to classical Italian Music. Also participated in live marathon programs. -Initiated weekly and monthly EAS tests
