I took further opportunity to analyze customer feedback and survey information to generate KPI reporting for Rite Aid’s executive team, and Board of Directors – to improve customer loyalty and retention indices. A great example of my continued transition was researching and identifying root cause, to affect creative solutions from our call center and transfer this ability to our operational efficiency team. This allowed identification of an existing process with cents off coupons not being used to fullest extent, to implement an improved procedure, decreasing store outdates by 20k a month.
