I have high energy and output with little maintenance. I learn quickly and efficiently and make the process my own. While working in my years I have found that I thrive in chaotic situations. Assessing, planning, and attacking situations one at a time until the mission or goal has been realized.While working at Southland I have come to find that I have great leadership qualities and a passion for welding. I started working as an outside employee running trailers around the yard. I then took the In house welding program they offered so I could progress. I now efficiently and effectively over see the production flows and mentor new and sustained employees. Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and coaching for improvement daily and weekly.
