I monitor the company’s budget and expenditures and prioritize tasks to delegate to the crew. I ensure that all quality and safety standards are met by supervising the use of machinery and equipment. I manage the crew’s schedules and oversee their attendance, as well as resolve any day-to-day issues that may occur.
