Major Roles:• Think strategically about existing systems and usage, with particular respect to data systems integration, efficiency, program adoption, and staff usage• Develop solutions to data integration challenges in collaboration with M&E teammates• Provide analytical insights to overall M&E functions at Lwala• Provide analytical reports to executive management and program teams• Liaise with the Ministry of Health and other government entities in all areas related to software, data and regulatory compliance• Manage Lwala Community Alliance’s Salesforce Information Management and Beneficiary Access (SIMBA) system• Design and lead system expansion to new program areas, including managing contracts with external database consultants• Manage database tables and fields• Create new reports and dashboards (and manage existing) based on requests from program leads and identified needs, in collaboration with program staff• Manage and regulate system use by staff including adding/deleting new users• Manage and set-up user permissions and roles within the system• Oversee timely data entry into SIMBA• Identify and address issues with system data quality• Manage mobile applications that link directly to Salesforce for mobile data collection• Assist with management of hardware to run SIMBA and mobile applications• Train users on how to access reports and dashboards and how to navigate Salesforce• Manage Lwala’s electronic medical records system (KenyaEMR)• Ensure that the network is functioning throughout the hospital system• Provide technical support to system users• Assist with strategic decisions in building out the EMR system for facility-wide use• Liaise with Kenya Ministry of Health and other government entities regarding use and
