For over 10 years Anthony has been working to change the lives of others both physically and mentally by providing them with customized health and fitness programs. He works closely with each client to help him or her build muscle strength, lose bodyfat, improve flexibility, and get fit. Anthony specializes in resistance
training, post-rehab pain management, functional and core training, sport specific
performance, nutritional guidance, and overall fitness.Anthony was born and raised in Santa Monica California. He grew up surfing and snowboarding followed by high school and college athletics including baseball, football, and track. He began working out at the age of 14 and soon entered the professional world of bodybuilding. His experience with bodybuilding further fueled his passion for health and fitness and ultimately inspired him to pursue a career as a personal trainer. Helping people transform their lives by getting fit and healthy brings continues to be Anthony’s number one passion in life. He finds it personally satisfying and rewarding to help each client set individualized goals and then achieve them.Anthony is a certified personal trainer receiving certifications through NASM, IFPA, and the Biomechanics of Resistance Training Cooper Institute.
