Working with unorthodox soffit elevations, the services design process was quite extensive in order to maximise headroom without comprising aesthetics due to slab falls in both directions. Moinian 3500sqm (Mid End Office Fitout, 10 weeks):Drug and alcohol rehabilitation tenancy that demanded an extensive HVAC system coming off 5 main building supplies in a 116 year old terracotta slab structure and on floor excavation of redundant plumbing/electrical systems to make way for new gender specific/DDA bathrooms. The extremely tight program strayed away from typical construction sequences while eliminating/controlling all hazards due to number of trades on site any given time. Blackstone 2700sqm (High End Office Fitout, 16wks):Global financial firm that is a repeat client which made quality and attention to detail in handover significantly more outstanding. Single floor fitout delivery that scoped out new train carriage gender specific/DDA high end bathrooms, asymmetrical floor tile installation and lighting feature in the lunch room, open space furniture, executive offices, intricate elevator lobby with broadloom carpet and a carpet band with a walls comprising of honed stone and walnut panels.1199 SEIU 8 floor 28000sqm (High End Office Fitout, 48wks):Multi floor high end fit out for the US Service Employees International Union (SEIU) spanning over 8 floors (only 4 were continuous).
