I have led engagement and retention projects to predict and reduce churn, improve retention, and create dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly OKR and relevant KPI tracking for the team. I have also developed data models for reporting and warehousing using the modern data stack with dbt to ensure data quality and facilitate decision-making. One of my most notable projects was leading a cohort analysis to identify user behavior patterns and improve retention on the platform.

I worked on the engagement team focused on user activation moments using the Reforge methodology. I created user clustering with k-means based on their behavior on the platform, which allowed the team to design specific actions for each user group. I created the retention data model, which enabled the team to gain a better understanding of the key factors that affect user retention on the platform.

I conducted analysis on student behavior on the platform and in learning, which allowed for identifying opportunities to improve the user experience. I created the basis for email automation, which improved team efficiency. I measured product experiments using A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and improvements on the platform. I created dashboards for product measurements, which allowed stakeholders to have a complete view of key metrics. I performed ETLs to bring necessary and curated information to the warehouse.
