Support and maintain network, server, and computer hardware for ground and air ambulance company. Responsibilities include:• Maintain VMware environment• Maintain Windows Server environment• Maintain server and PC hardware• Maintain dedicated modems and hotspots on ambulances• Assist with asset procurement

Responsible for first and second level support of IT service requests. This includes networks, networking equipment, servers, workstations, printers, and vendor specific hardware and software. Project Life Cycle• Review current network design/topology and propose and implement solution to better client needs• Propose and implement infrastructure design to customer and rework any discrepancies• Specification, ordering, and initial configuration and final deployment of equipment• Transfer data and recreate network share infrastructure• Train any onsite contacts • Continuing support on all infrastructure equipment System Administration• Creation, implementation, and management of active directory and group policy structure • Create and manage Backup policies to ensure data recovery in case of loss• Design and write size customer data storage needs to meet performance and redundancy needs• Configure network topology to optimize data and voice traffic (VLAN implementation)• Deployment and management of VMware infrastructures• Managing multisite network and server infrastructures Phone system design• Review current PBX configuration and work with client to make any changes• Design call routing according to customer specifications• Initial and final deployment of equipment• Onsite training of software and management of system• Continuing support on all equipment
