Jefferson Recycling is a division of Tomco Construction Inc which is a family owned and operate business for over 35 years. We operate a Class B recycling facility which is accepting concrete and conveniently located on Rt 15 North in Jefferson NJ (Morris County) and is permitted with the NJDEP. We offer demolition services as well as roll off container services as well in Northern New Jersey.

Eagle Recycling is a state of the art solid waste recycling facility. I manage the daily operation of our material recovery facility “MRF” which also includes complying with regulatory agents from the EPA, OSHA, NJDEP, HRHD, and the HCIA. Typically solid waste is delivered to a transfer station which is then transloaded to a landfill or delivered directly to a landfill via collection truck without removing various recyclable materials out of the waste stream. Eagle Recycling has the capability of recovering recyclable materials such as wood which is processed into industrial mulch or animal bedding, light and heavy iron, wire, non ferrous metals, ridged and film plastic, cardboard, paper, drywall which is grinded into a fine powder and made into animal bedding, C&D fine material used as fill material, and concrete/aggregate materials. I am always seeking other outlets for different recycling markets to stay ahead of the competition. Eagle also has a small roll off fleet with containers that range from 10 cuyd – 40 cuyd.

As the NJ Market Operations Manager I oversaw 26 commercial routes, 5 municipal routes (17 trucks), 23 roll off trucks 115 employees total including dispatch. I worked closely with corporate during NJ acquisitions and synergized new commercial work with our existing commercial work to ensure labor costs were in line. I assisted with customer service and support to ensure complete customer satisfaction of our service.

As a C/O I maintained the health and safety for the public as well as the inmates of the facility. I ensured that the inmaters followed the rules of the institution and if not I enforced corrective action to help with their rehabilitation process before going back into sociaty.
