Mr. Marcus has been practicing law since 1989 as solo trial practice. He has successfully tried more than seventy-five court cases. Mr. Marcus founded Anthony Marcus Law Firm on the principle that all individuals deserve the best legal representation possible. Mr. Marcus received his Juris Doctorate degree from Alexandria Law School top 5 percent of his class, To protect the United States Constitution, he later obtained his Ph.D. examining the application of international law in the United States Courts. Mr. Marcus is a dedicated litigator practicing in both federal and state courts. Over the course of his career, he has successfully represented a diverse clientele in a broad range of complex cases. His practice area focuses on complex civil litigation, criminal defense, bankruptcy, and immigration. He welcomes any type of challenge and makes it his mission to offer any kind of support to his clients that not only benefits them now but helps them secure a future of growth. Mr. Marcus understands that behind the organizations and corporations he represents there are individuals with families they care for. His previous experience at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has taught him how to be a fierce advocate for justice. He employs these advocacy skills to zealously represent his clients in the courtroom and through all stages of litigation. Mr. Marcus participated in legislative conferences and proposal drafts to modify the laws that set insurer damage recovery limits in order to deter unjust enrichment. He participated in legislative drafting to represent in Sacramento to enhance the Penal Code imprisonment imposed on drug crimes. Mr. Marcus is practicing before the California Superior Court, the United States Southern District Court, United States Central District Court, and the California Court of Appeal. Mr. Marcus is affiliated with the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Los Angeles Bar Association.
