Preventing healthcare acquired infections (HAI) and reduction of potential food bacteria outbreak is the commonality within the 2 sectors.

I currently lead a team of 10 Account Executives that cover territories in Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania. My main responsibility is to help our Account Executives attain sales quotas through new business development across several vertical markets. My Sales Manager focus is to provide the leadership and mentoring to create a world class sales culture. Our results and dynamic sales culture are successful because we recruit great new talent, train and develop our teams sales skills weekly, analyze and plan for the changing economic and competitive market, and because we motivate our account executives to reach and exceed their goals while aligning those goals with Aramark's growth plans. My team has already achieved 60% growth over prior year through a defined sales process and a consultative selling approach in three very competitive markets. Through leadership and training, the team is focused and highly successful because of their attention to detail and diligence when prospecting and then maintaining a database of over 100,000 prospects in Salesforce.

Penetrate multiple markets in the diversified outsourcing industry which includes the contractual selling of industrial, executive, and speciality apparel and many other facility services. All of these services are provided through a rental, lease, and/or direct sale agreement.My responsibility is to find and negotiate new contracts for only new business opportunities. I had a lot of success as an Account Executive, and I attribute my success to a very focused and detailed approach when managing my database of over 4,000 prospects. My approach and to prospecting combined with a consultative selling style has helped me to finish in the top 10% of all of Aramark Uniform Services sales professionals, which includes over 300 Account Executives.
