National Account Executive
Specialties: Account Management, Client Management and Business DevelopmentResponsible for growing CSI's client base by serving as a National Account Executive that acts in both identifying new clients and maintaining existing clients. Role serves as both a Hunter and a Farmer.Act as a relationship point of contact for major clients, as well as provide strategic direction on internal execution of business development and consultant delivery.Building relationships and having a deep understanding of my clients hiring needs is a top priority! Gain an understanding of the client’s overall technology direction, upcoming projects and other relevant market information.Lead a team that includes an Account Manager and recruiters.Responsible for all steps associated with the hiring process including: initiating and maintaining contact with hiring leaders across client base to understand their staffing needs, identify and coordinate with recruiting team to make sure the talent is properly screened, present candidates to hiring leaders, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers with recruiting team and ensure client's HR policies are enforced and met upon offer and start of candidate.
