I joined the Shapeshift Gaming team during a ramp-up stage of their Ai powered, interactive live stream recommendation engine. Planned the go-to-market strategy and led influencer marketing efforts.Contracted designers while leading the production of creative assets. Accelerated the growth of the company’s social media following. Growing to over 10,000 organic followers within 90 days. Established a user feedback system to best guide the engineering team and accelerate reaching product market fit.Established a partnership with an esports-based Reddit channel (Population 250,000+). Created and managed a subsequent channel post which led to over an additional 1,000+ app downloads.*My time here was cut short due to the Covid pandemic.

A beginner's mindset, some vision, some luck & an unrelenting work ethic.Some of our accomplishments during my time as the Founder of Impact Gaming: Established strong culture, focused on caring for one another, bettering our crafts, while doing our best to help & inspire others to do the same. At our peak, Impact's full team roster included over 200 content creators & esport players. (Mostly contract)We developed and recruited top esport managers and coaches, which assisted every Impact roster become a top competitor. This strategy, execution, and hard work of our teams earned four international championships and over $200,000 in prize pool earnings.I Identified and secured several multi-year business partnerships such as Amazon subsidiary Twitch.We had the great pleasure of conducting content-based marketing activations with over a dozen Impact Gaming partners. In 2018 we earned entry into the H1Z1 Pro League (League partners included Caesars Entertainment & Meta) ($800,000+ in receivables). We also developed season one of our original YouTube series “Inspire”. Marketed as unfiltered, uncomfortable, but REAL. Content showcasing the true human beings behind our esport athletes.We executed esport athlete transfers with premier teams such as Faze Clan and Tempo Storm. As one of the first companies to realize the potential of Fortnite, we assembled one of the best rosters in the world which became highly sought after.In 2019 I identified ‘Guns of Boom’ as an upcoming esports title and we recruited what would become our three-time world championship winning roster. Guns of Boom later became a finalist for “Breakout esport of the year” by the official Esports Awards.More importantly - Impact Gaming served as a great stepping stone for many professionals in the esports industry. Our alumni have worked or competed for: 100 Thieves, TSM, Cloud 9, Gen-G, G2 Esports, Sentinels, and several other top esport organizations.

I joined SCCG as a business partner in 2017 when we joined forces to bring my first company Impact Gaming to scale via the H1Z1 Pro League in our hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada. Outside of my general building of Impact, I curated written esport and gaming-related publications for SCCG. I consulted and advised on esport teams, players, leagues, events, partnerships, social media, and influencer marketing efforts. During my time here I learned an incredible amount from the experienced professionals at SCCG. I was able to sit in on C-Suite level business meetings on a regular basis and I learned fundamentals and some of the ins and outs of business development and marketing.
