Internal Roles:NextCen Connect Coordinator:NextCen is Centric's internal young professionals group that was created during the 2022 year with a goal of creating an inviting environment for young professionals at the firm. In my role as Connect Coordinator, I am responsible for coordinating networking and professional growth events for our group to attend, in-person or virtually. Innovation Team Member: Member of Centric's internal innovation team where I assist in the creative process with internal ideas, with a primary focus on assisting with brainstorming/whiteboarding sessions. NextCen Leadership Program Graduate:Graduate of a 10-week program covering a variety of leadership topics.External Roles: Project Experience:Currently, I work as a Business Analyst on a project where I fill a multitude of roles. I conduct regular testing of a web service to ensure full functionality, assist in large software upgrades to the web service, and even work to format and plan out releases within the web service.I also have worked to assist a client through multiple acquisitions, primarily working on the intake and translation/transfer of data into the client databases as well as assisting in the creation of new training materials & consolidation of existing training in the Organizational Change Management workstream.

-Elected as Leadership and Professional Development Director for the 2021-2022 academic year, where I work with members to prepare their own professional development through LinkedIn, Resume Workshops, Interview Practice, and providing leadership opportunities around campus. I have also spearheaded the creation of a Mentorship program, connecting undergraduate brothers with fraternity alumni in fields of similar interests to create a viable network for our undergraduate brothers. -Elected to position of House Manager and Annual Alumni Brother Pig Dinner Chair for the 2019-2020 academic year by peers. -Oversaw a chapter house of 32 brothers and ensure the residents are satisfied with the quality of living by facilitating conversation with the House Corporation and House Director. -Speak with alumnus to plan an alumni reunion dinner on campus with all brothers. -Attend weekly chapter meetings to stay up to date with news and events within the chapter.

-Attend weekly club meetings to perform a variety of tasks; meet with recruiters in the field, learn more about the industry, perform service projects, and talk with people with many different positions in the industry

Continuation of summer internship through Education at Work's program with Fidelity Investments for part-time work opportunities for full-time students

-Work with National Fraternity organizations to foster future relationship with Miami University Interfraternity council as well as create opportunity for expansion and colonization. -Worked to approve a new Fraternal chapter expanding to Miami University for the first time in 3-4 years.-Worked closely with VP of Recruitment to follow COVID-19 guidelines created by the State of Ohio as well as Miami University when planning Fraternity Rush 2021, finding creative solutions to satisfy all parties in the recruitment process.

-Received requests for complex reporting needs and completing accurate, precise, and timely reports. -Used the Alteryx Designer software to find compatibilities to automate recurring reports for efficiency and accuracy.-Inputted service level agreements into a database to ensure accurate tracking of service level metrics and associated fees.

-Worked virtually with clients on various tasks including creation of growth engines, driving enterprise growth, providing venture support, and conducting background research required for potential expansion into new regions of the world.
