Siemens Power Corporation is an $8 billion global manufacturer of turbines, generators, and other power plant accessories. • Resource Coordinator -- Coordinated the delivery of craft labor manpower (Millwrights, Iron Workers, Pipefitters, Operating Engineers, Electricians, and General Laborers) to perform contracted power plant outages in accordance to GPMA, NMA, NPGMA, UBC13, TVA-PPMA, PHMA, MLA, NCSA, NSP, PHLA, PMA labor agreements. Efforts involved communication with SEI District Service Manager, Site PM, SEI Accounting, Craft Labor Business Administration, and to the craft personnel. Responsible for Human Resource function of hiring and terminating craft according to work performance, training & certifications, and workplace conduct, and settling union grievances.• Managed multiple domestic and international Fossil & Nuclear Power Plant turbine & generator refurbishment projects with a value of $1.8 Million to $65 million. Several projects were managed simultaneously. Responsibilities included complete ownership of the project upon transfer. Developed and implemented Project Execution Plans, including Scope Management Plans, Communication Plans, Quality Plans, Cost Management Plans and Risk Management Plans for Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Field Service and Transportation each project. Managed Stakeholder Interests with regular scheduled meetings and Action Register. Projects were completed within designated budgets to achieve 26% to 44% profit margins.• Managed projects per associated contracts to meet contractual obligations, while mitigating or avoiding risks up to 20% of the contract value and negotiating additional sales of 10-15% of the original contract.
