Young professional with a passion for working with teams. I've taken my experiences in baseball and fitness to grow as a transformational leader. As a student, a ballplayer and in life, I am a dedicated lifelong learner that is constantly seeking growth and improvement.Within two years at VCU RecWell, I went from entry-level desk attendant to professional staff overseeing 60+ student staff, showing the trust that my supervisors and teammates had in my ability to become a leader. I learn quickly and I show my passion through dedication to my responsibilities.In my coaching roles with VCU Club Baseball and elsewhere, I have shown my ability to work as a peer leader and to help others pursue their own greatness. I am a motivator that loves helping teams grow together. I want to repay the game of baseball by helping others experience personal growth, passion and success like baseball has shown me countless times through the course of my life.
