One of 4 founding senior staff members for the in-house field vendor for the Planned Parenthood Action Fund. • Designer and developer of our payroll application (built using Intuit Quickbase), which tracked wages and salary, onboarding documents, incident reporting, inventory, reimbursements, as well as managed recruiting & applicant tracking. This system was used to ultimately process over $4.2 million in payroll across 3,000 wage employees and 80+ salaried staffers.• Project lead in our transitioning to Okta Identity Management,Ceridian Dayforce Human Capital Management, and Zendesk for support ticketing. These projects were all completed on schedule, and represented over $50k in technology infrastructure investment.• Data lead for 19 data coordinators across 8 states, providing training, coaching and VAN administration as they coordinated paid canvassing efforts to knock 1.5 million doors in 2015. I was also the owner of inventorying, deploying and supporting over 1,500 tablets for canvassers. Afterwards, we took the best practices used in this cycle to develop a comprehensive paid canvass training model for issue-based organizing.
