This role includes both running and managing the business of The Premium Process, and developing, delivering and facilitating coaching and training for all clients. From creating online, virtual and face-to-face courses, to delivering all courses in all formats, this role is diverse and challenging.Working with global brands like BMW, Trek Bikes, Mazda, Hyundai, Paxus and Colliers International has allowed me to gain a wide knowledge across different industries, sales processes and leadership approaches. From delivering one-on-one coaching, face-to-face facilitation and training to all virtual delivery, I have developed extensive experience working with all levels and types of workforces allowing continued success and desirability in the training and coaching sector.

I am one of three ownership partners in this hospitality venue, The Pedlar, located in Campbell, ACT, Australia.

My role as General Manager encompasses all facets of the BMW, MINI & Motorrad business, sales, service, marketing, finance, administration, HR. This includes driving the strategic direction and vision for the company and the brand. I do this by leading, coaching and motivating the management team to not only achieve our overall objectives but with the aim of being better today than we were yesterday. I believe this is achieved with through a strong and positive culture which is developed and executed by the entire team.

As the General Sales Manager my role included overall responsibility, management and day-to-day operation of the New car, Used car, MINI, Marketing and Finance departments.Across these departments my duties included setting of KPI targets for each staff member and monitoring accordingly. I reviewed and worked with my sales teams monthly to ensure they were on track to achieve their goals.My role also encompassed development and planning of all strategic sales plans to ensure that dealerships objectives were met. I worked closely with the Dealer Principal to implement these sales strategies to ensure targets were achieved and profitability was maintained.I worked with both the Marketing and Finance Managers to ensure that each department is run effectively to achieve the required objectives. This includes KPI, budget and lead management.Further to the above my role involved customer satisfaction, lead management, process management and departmental efficiency.
