Role duties and responsibilities include:* Reporting daily on core system availability* Prepare weekly Operational Reports* Prepare monthly Board Reports (Service Management Component)* Administering 'Service-Now' Tool - Both BAU & Project * Providing ADHOC reports / Dashboards to the Business

Role duties and responsibilities included:* Fundamentally working as part of a team delivering the national My School website.* Participate in the development and maintenance of databases and other information systems* Provide research assistance and data analysis to the Reporting team* Managing data collection and processing and ensure data quality and integrity* Contribute to the analysis, interpretation and presentation of data* Produce project documents, presentations and related materials* Ensure the reliability and completeness of data being entered onto the database systems* Identify gaps in data collection and ensure managers are aware of the need for improvement.* Manipulate data and provide reports to colleagues, and stakeholders* Build and maintain effective relationships and methods with stakeholders* Contribute the technical development of IT projects in Reporting

Role duties and responsibilities included:* Responsible for creation of the Service Desk Quality Assurance Program.* Performing QA checks* Maintenance of internal knowledge base* Providing Coaching and Training development for Staff* Designing and developing regulatory and ADHOC Crystal Reports* Providing Reporting and Business Intelligence analysis* A member of the Change Advisory Board Panel * Quantum Database Administration* Monitoring CISCO queues real time and providing second level support to approximately 30 staff
