Current• Lead and/or assist projects that arise through prioritization of activities in theOperations & Presidents Group leadership teams, including direct responsibility forthe effective leadership of project management, research, coordination,communications, and expediting of project related activities.• Develop effective project elements and procedures based on the goals set out bythe Executive Director & COO.• Develop relationships with stakeholders including senior… Show more • Lead and/or assist projects that arise through prioritization of activities in theOperations & Presidents Group leadership teams, including direct responsibility forthe effective leadership of project management, research, coordination,communications, and expediting of project related activities.• Develop effective project elements and procedures based on the goals set out bythe Executive Director & COO.• Develop relationships with stakeholders including senior administration, faculty, staff,students, academic partners and alumni.• Develop & maintain an environment of trust, teamwork, and high levels of personalmotivation among project members.• Conduct and/or coordinate required research in support of project objectives.• Undertake overall responsibility for project budgeting, scheduling, resourceplanning, risk assessment and risk management, meeting facilitation, financial statusreporting, presentations, etc.• Assist with new project development through research and proposal preparation.• Provide leadership and consulting support for annual goal setting, problem solving,and conflict resolution initiatives to the Student Executive team inconsultation with the Human Resources department.• Provide support in the development of annual planning and budgeting process forall Brantford departments.• Provide best practice resources for all Brantford departments during the criticalstages of planning to ensure continued strategic success.• Support the organization with transition planning, problem solving, training,management and disciplinary protocols in consultation with the Human Resourcesdepartment.
