Tested all elements of the STAR system during the regression testing portion of the updating of the system. Updated test case documents, daily in order to identify any flaws in the system in addition to updating STAR documentations as outlined by the Systems Manager. Informed Systems Manager of all issues identified during the testing cycles. Responsible for recording training examples in the EPAK application to display new functionalities of the system such as In-line editing on the time sheets. Provided support to the region users when they required help with the systems functionality, use and access. Trained District 816 on the new functionalities of the system including ETM when the update was implemented.
