I founded Catalyst Lex in 2021 to advise major law firms on their most challenging and sensitive decisions. We act as a catalyst for sustainable change by supporting leaders Form, Refine and Deliver strategies that accelerate competitive advantage, performance improvement and cultural alignment.I have advised law firms, Big Four accountancy firms, FTSE 100 corporates, financial institutions and Government entities on leadership projects since 1993 and co-founded Hedley May, one of the UK’s leading executive search firms, in 2009. Previously I led the international law firm practice at Whitehead Mann and Baines Gwinner, having started my career as a Corporate Financier with Chemical Bank in London and New York. I have a MSc in History & Philosophy of Science from St John’s College, University of Cambridge and have completed the Meyler Campbell Mastered coaching programme.
