This resulted in the delivery of such solutions as an Enterprise federated Salesforce.com CRM, scalable next generation Digital Marketing Website, enriched Marketo Marketing Automation and Tableau Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.• Led the technology workstreams, in collaboration with Operations, of two comprehensive mutual fund Transfer Agency conversions on time and within budget.

• Managed a $17M technology budget with 120 IT professionals with 55% represented by offshore engagements. The IT organization attained and maintained Integrated Capability Maturity Model (iCMM) Level 3 in 2007. • Led the implementation of the Charles River Order Management System (OMS) onto five of Dreyfus’ trading desks to handle pre-and post-trade compliance. • Oversaw $500K of offshore engagements to address management reporting of recent product acquisitions, intermediary client-facing and risk mitigation of Investment Accounting systems. These engagements leveraged mainframe, eCommerce, and analytical skill sets from the offshore vendors. • Directed the Dreyfus Technology Steering Committee (i.e., heads of the Dreyfus business channels) in the appropriate strategic and tactical engagement of IT resources. Coupled with the corporate goals, the utilization of IT portfolio management and a resource allocation forecast facilitated those decisions.
