As Office Administrator, my roles entail providing support to the office Management team as they organize meetings and events. I also liaise with external agencies (such as government agencies) on behalf of the organization, and assist in planning internal marketing initiatives. Some of my key responsibilities are to ensure that the office runs smoothly through scheduling, logistics, and reporting. In addition, my duties entail assisting the director with Proposal Writing, overseeing finance, ensuring all conference/events/travel arrangements, and supporting senior level executives. Im currently taking a break from employment to raise a family and develop my professional skillset
