 Employed as a sub contractor through several Local Housing Associations in the East end of Glasgow my role involves working as part of a team to maintain the local and communal areas for residents Successfully completed daily and weekly tasks which focused on key performance areas such as using power hoses to clean close and common areas and also to removed graffiti from the area Liaise closely with residents to receive feedback on areas of concern and improvement and assist them with additional duties such as house clearances  Working as part of a team to achieve quality and sales targets within the store Attending internal and external training courses to update skills and knowledge in relation to the post Transport team members, equipment and cleaning chemicals across work locations using company vehicle

 Measured the work area and setting out the first rows of bricks (courses) and the damp course Mixed mortar by hand or with a mechanical mixer Layed the bricks on top of each other and applying the mortar with a trowel Shaped and trimmed bricks using hammers, chisels and power tools Checked that courses are straight using water or laser spirit levels and plumb lines Cleared site areas to ensure that colleagues and pedestrians could pass safely
