• For the 2014 Christmas period and both Summer and Christmas period 2015 I fulfilled a temporary role with Next to cope with the busy period. My duties included:
• Preparing the sales items and ensuring all the items were ticketed correctly.
• Rearrange the shop floor for the Boxing Day sale.
• Queue control on Boxing Day to ensure there were no issues with the customers.
• Working on the tills, providing a friendly and efficient service to customers.

• At the start of my gap year I was offered the opportunity to work for Serco as a residential officer within the custodial contract. The role involved day to day interactions with the people who were awaiting.
• Weekly meetings with our customer (The Home Office) to ensure the contract has been delivered correctly and to discuss/mitigate any financial penalties for poor performance.
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders with contract specific issues.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with our customer assisting them with relevant queries.
• Ensure, via an audit schedule, that aspects of our business are not commercially exposed and if they are, to have a corrective plan in place to manage risk.
• Monitor KPI performance and work with departments to improve areas of poor performance.
