The following are a number of current and recent Project Management commissions:1. 21 Charlemont Place; new build construction of c. 4,000sqm of Grade A commercial office space to a LEED Gold standard, in Dublin 2. Q1 2015 construction commencement.2. 3 Waterside; new build construction of c. 5,000sqm of Landlord spec commercial offices to a BER B1 rating, within an existing campus development. Q2 2015 construction commencement.3. Central Bank of Ireland: public works contract for delivery of 30,000sqm base build and fit-out works for new headquarters building, incl. double storey basement car park. Q1 2015 construction commencement.4. Google Ireland; fit out/remodeling of 12nr new and existing office fit-out projects totaling area c. 90,000sqm, including technical due diligence for property transactions.5. Susquehanna International Group: base building and fit-out remodeling project for a 11,000sqm 1980's corporate office building - incl. a new 120Nr rack data center - also providing technical due diligence for the property transaction.6. State Street Bank: Base Build and Fit-Out contracts of c. 16,500sqm corporate office development, incl. double basement car park. 7. SAP - Dublin: Repeat commission to re-fit 6,500sqm of existing office, originally completed by GT in 2001/2.8. Airside: 8,000sqm of mixed-use development over basement incl. Wright Venue 3,500sqm state-of-the-art nightclub fit-out.9. Leopardstown Club Limited: 16,000sqm multi phase development of the existing racecourse and associated facilities.10. Cork School of Music PPP: 11,000sqm third level college music tuition facility.

Metro North PPPProject Design Manager for an 18kM light rail project (€3bn) including 7km of twin bored tunnelling, 14 stops (7 sub-surface and 7 surface), systems, rolling stock and roads and bridge infrastructure. The project is being procured under PPP/PFI procurement model and as such I was responsible for managing the production of the Reference Design, the Output Specification and the Strategic Development Act compliant Railway Order. I was responsible for coordinating the production of the design and specification via team of circa 250 Nr Jacobs Engineering staff, based in various office/countries. As Jacobs project lead I was responsible for Client reporting on all matters of service delivery, quality, programme and resourcing management of the design deliverables.
