My name is Anthony McFadden, I am currently studying Sport Business (BAA) at the University of Akron. Previously, I worked with the Akron RubberDucks as a Team Shop Associate for the 2023 season. In this position I demonstrate quality customer service and great execution on the Point-of-Sale System (POS). Then I took my skills over to Dunkin in the winter. Here developed how to work under intense pressure and quality time management. I returned to the RubberDucks in the 2024 season as a Cashier for one of their concessions stands. Again, using my skills on the POS and working in stressful environments at times. Later in the season I got promoted to a cook position in the concession stand. This promotion enhanced my time management and communication with other members and volunteers in the concession stand.
