I recently graduated from the University of South Florida as a Management major with a concentration in Human Resources Management for the MUMA College of Business. I believe in making sure people are comfortable with their jobs and develop the skills necessary to succeed. Self-improvement is a big part of my life and I am more than willing to work together for others to make sure they are comfortable with their jobs and have their needs. Management, as well as Human Resources plays a big factor in today's world in making sure companies run smoothly. Most importantly, my experiences both in school and out participating in clubs and fraternities such as Student Environmental Association and Alpha Phi Omega have allowed me to expand my repertoire of soft skills by allowing me to adapt to working with a team and compromising with others in order to help a project succeed. Ultimately, communication and collaboration are just as effective as the technical skills because an individual might be good at what they do, but without a way to explain themselves so that others can understand them and follow their lead, they fall flat. I pride myself in my time management skills and my can-do attitude as well as my easy-going, adaptable, nature in order to maintain respectful relationships with others while at the same time thinking outside the box in order to get the job done without compromising on quality or creativity when it comes to solutions for problem-solving at the expense of potential teammates, something that I believe will help me in the field of Human Resources. A happy employee is a productive employee and a productive employee works for a good company with standards and policies designed to make sure their voice is being heard.
