Multi-Unit leader responsible for growing the business with outstanding operations throughout the 87 stores in the Group (GA, NC, SC, TN, VA). Promoted two executive team leaders to store team leader. Recruited, hired and trained talent at the executive team leader and store team leader level. Held District captainship of new executive team leader training coordinator and Group sponsorship of new store team leader trainer. Recognized as leader in Group Talent Development.

Multi-Unit leader. Assisted Group Director in the operation of 62 stores throughout the Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa markets. Served as an operational resource for all store team leaders and district team leaders in the market. Provided a link between the Store and HQ teams. Assisted in the development of store team leaders to district team leader positions. Served as acting district team leader in the absence of the district team leader. Assisted in four new store openings. Participated in structure and operational development and planning with HQ. Recognized at a company level as having the most improved operations stores in 2008.

Achieved sales, expense and profitability goals in every year and every store. Opened new store; assisted with four other new store openings. Ran 18% mature sales increase and a 10% mature sales increase in two full years of running the Super Target in Mooresville, NC. Recruited, hired and trained talent at the executive team leader and store team leader level. Held District and Group level captainships while participating in many talent development programs. Promoted six executive team leaders to store team leaders and trained eleven new store team leaders. Recognized as Region 300 District MVP in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
