Starting from April 2019, I will serve as Cummins Regional Export Finance and Trade Director, responsible for the work of Cummins authorized dealers.

-Site activities as required for commissioning and administration duties.- Increase quotation hit rate. - Communicate effectively and work closely with the dealers/ Distributors’ to ensure increase in Cummins business, taking the lead in customer dealer support. - Represent CME & Cummins Inc. with professionalism & Integrity providing “one face” to the customer. - Assist the area PGBU Dealers/Branches by training, the provision of advice, specifications and pricing where applicable and to assist where required in large or complex sales / project opportunities - Support the implementation of standard IT tools for sales, opportunity tracking and quotation development. - Conduct site surveys, where the complexity of the enquiry demands a visit. - Negotiate vendor sub orders, and monitor projects to ensure control over delivery, cost and quality.

- Conduct market research and coordinate Cummins engine and parts price control for suppliers.-Track and quote customers in development, and provide complete Cummins pre-sales and after-sales services for each customer.- Negotiate Cummins regional supplier subcontract orders and monitor projects to ensure delivery, cost and quality control.- Cost control and reporting when managing engineering and/or procurement activities.- Oversight and control of regional Cummins suppliers and subcontractors.

1.中国区财务分析 参与资本支出分析项目以及供应链节约项目，帮助企业制定合理的资本支出计划，帮助企业辨别供应链中的成本节约的潜在机会；参与事业部的年度运营计划以及五年计划的制定，设计事业部汇报的标准模板，月度汇总事业部各子公司的财务报告，分析事业部的经营状况。 2.中国区资金部 参与外汇资金集中运营管理试点项目，参与制定外汇轧差结算内部流程及各项规章制度，协调银行、各子公司与分公司财务相关人员，确保每月轧差结算的顺利准确进行；协助搭建中国区美金资金池，制定资金池模式、委贷利率、还款期限等相关流程与制度；协助参与人民币资金池的日常管理，包括委托贷款以及日常现金理财；参与中国区货币基金项目的设立，分析不同银行的模式模式与收益，协助甄选适合货币基金产品。 3.无锡康明斯涡轮增压技术有限公司 资金工作：设计短期现金投资工具，设置相应现金周度预测，包括现金以及承兑汇票的收付状况，制定企业短期内的理财计划，项目设立三个月帮助企业赚取利息超过一百万人民币；帮助企业参与总部的美金套期保值项目，合理规避了汇率波动对于财务报表的影响；超期账款的合理性分析以及现金流量的预测与分析，帮助企业做出合理的资金决策 会计基础工作：包括银行和现金凭证的入账以及所有费用类的预提以及统计报告的编写，设计报表函数用以简化工作量； 财务分析工作：新产品财务模型的搭建，分析新产品的毛利假设并提出相关改进建议，现有产品的毛利情况分析以协助价格的设立，分客户的月度利润情况分析，帮助销售团队制定相应的销售以及定价策略。 4.中国区审计部 参与合资厂间接采购审计项目，分析企业的采购合理性，包含价格、频次、数量等，分析出潜在的财务风险。参与反贿赂审计项目，通过对原始凭证的抽样调查，检验SOE相关会计处理的合规性。 5. 上海康明斯贸易有限公司 会计基础工作：会计调整项会计分录的编写；每月PPV/IPV的回顾；销售报告、库存报告总账与明细账的核对以及年度审计报告项目的支持； 税务工作：每月纳税计算及申报，出口退税相关材料的准备以及企业所得税相关工作（每月计提与申报，年度汇算清缴等），转移定价审计的支持工作； 其它支持性工作：康明斯内部项目支持，包括中国区税务、审计及资金部门发起项目的支持；与政府各部门相关的工作，包括月度、年度各部门的统计报表，“三证合一”、“营改增”等项目。
