As the Lead Machine Learning Engineer at my previous position at Lorelei Labs, I spearheaded the development of an open-source inference server, focusing on rapid deployment, low latency, and cost-efficiency for deep learning models in production. This achievement underscored my commitment to innovation. Additionally, I architected a versatile framework for seamless chatbot integration, enhancing user experiences on platforms like Discord and Twitter. My expertise extended to the deployment of open-source DistilRoBERTa toxicity classifiers in our chatbot services, furthering the cause of AI safety. Moreover, my team and I ventured into the creation of the groundbreaking Waifu Diffusion model, an anime-tailored text-to-image diffusion model.
