I am currently studying Health and Exercise Science at Mount St. Joseph! I am in my fourth year of studying this. I plan on completing the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Exam post graduation. My internship over the summer was completed at Homefield Instruction. A baseball facility out of Dayton, Ohio, where I instructed individual hitting lessons for all ages and strength lessons for high school athletes. I got a lot of hands on experience, and gained a lot from seeing how the other trainers did things their way. Second, I worked at Orion Sports Medicine where I was a front desk tech. I got to see every age level, from elderly to professional athlete. I would often assist the Physical Therapists and the Trainers with their patients. I also would do computer work involving scheduling and payments. I strive to be the best version of myself, encourage selflessness, passion, and achieving excellence.
