• Managed the Independent Quality Assurance (“iQA”) Function for a Fortune Global 500 Banking Corporation’s KYC Mexico Remediation Program. In this capacity, was responsible for the management and oversight of day to day iQA activities, on-going learning and development, and management information reporting. Managed a team of 20 resources.• Assisted with a KYC Remediation project start-up for a Fortune Global 500 Banking Corporation’s subsidiary located in Mexico. Key responsibilities included screening and interviewing several candidates and providing hiring recommendations to management. Also designed a training plan and training material aimed at training new hires on KYC and instructed several training sessions.• Led and managed a team of 4 resources responsible for assisting a Fortune Global 500 Banking Corporation with the iQA reviews of its clients’ KYC files. Worked closely with the teams and team leads responsible for the production of the KYC files in order to develop and implement methods for improving quality.• Supported a Fortune Global 500 Banking Corporation to perform customer due diligence checks on approximately 700 of its clients worldwide to ensure compliance with the bank’s new risk management policy on Bearer Shares. Performed quality assurance reviews of its clients’ Bearer Shares files in order to ensure file production quality, identify errors, and develop methods to improve production quality. Assisted with project management functions. Mapped out KYC procedures and assisted with new team member onboarding. • Utilized peer benchmarks and best practices to identify sustainable cost reductions for a super-regional community bank.

• Collaborated with a team to map out banking processes and insert risk controls.• Interacted directly with clients and presented final deliverables to client managers.
