In my professional career I have worn many hats. I’ve tutored student’s one-on-one, worked with an autistic student one-on-one, and have taught in numerous elementary classrooms with students ranging from 5 years of age to 12 years of age with classes ranging from 15 to 30 students. I’ve also managed the day to day operations of a respiratory/oxygen center called Lincare that is part of the largest oxygen company in the world. Following this, I helped grow HCAHPS at Glens Falls Hospital by improving our patient’s experience from an Environmental Service point of view. I then was employed by the Washington County Department of Social Services, working with families as a Caseworker for Child Protective Services.My current role as the Patient Relations Professional is to follow CMS guidelines in managing patient complaints and grievances at Saratoga Hospital and throughout all Saratoga Hospital’s Medical Group practices.
