Risk Management Specialist
CurrentRisk Assessment & Mitigation:Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential risks across operations, facilities, and projects.Develop and maintain risk mitigation strategies, business continuity plans, and crisis management frameworks.Compliance Management:Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO, local safety standards).Lead internal audits and inspections to monitor compliance and develop corrective action plans.Stay current on changing regulations, compliance updates, and industry best practices.Safety Policy & Program Development:Design, implement, and maintain safety programs, training initiatives, and risk management frameworks.Conduct safety inspections, hazard analyses, and accident investigations.Collaborate with leadership to build a culture of safety across all levels of the organization.Training & Communication:Develop and deliver safety and compliance training programs for employees and contractors.Facilitate communication between internal teams, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders regarding risk and safety issues.Incident Response & Reporting:Manage incident reporting procedures and root cause analyses to prevent future occurrences.Provide recommendations and reports to senior management on risk trends and safety performance.
